As part of its mission, the Association seeks to instill an appreciation of music in the school-age population of this area. To do so, we generally offer two or three educational outreach programs each year primarily to 3rd and 4th grade students from local schools. If requested, students from other grades are admitted as well. These programs are presented by the same groups that perform for the adult audience, and they usually involve a strong educational component and some questions and answers between the students and the performing artists.
